Azarius accepts voucher codes and gift cards as full or partial payment for an order. To use a voucher code, enter it at ‘Checkout’ during the payment process. To redeem a gift card, simply select it as a payment option at ‘Checkout’. Any remaining balance must be paid using one of our accepted payment methods.

If your order is cancelled or fails, you can reuse the voucher code or gift card. Please be aware that it can take up to 15 minutes for the relevant codes or gift card balance to refresh after the order is cancelled. 

You can find any active voucher codes (including expiration dates) by navigating to the ‘Vouchers’ section of your Azarius account. Please note that we are unable to accept voucher codes that have passed their expiration date. 

If the voucher code is a percentage discount, then you may only redeem one code per transaction. If the voucher code is for a monetary amount, then you may redeem multiple voucher codes up to the value of the transaction. Exclusions apply. 

Always ensure you’re logged into your account before redeeming voucher codes; otherwise, linked codes will not work. Where possible, copy and paste the voucher code into the redemption box to ensure there aren’t any errors. You should also check that there are no unnecessary spaces at the beginning and end of the voucher code.

If you still can't get the voucher code to work (and it has not passed its expiration date), please contact Azarius customer service as soon as possible.

All Azarius gift cards are provided digitally and will be sent via email. Please ensure your default email address is correct and the gift card has not ended up in your spam inbox.

If you only wish to redeem part of the voucher code or gift card, you can. For part voucher payments, the remaining balance will be emailed to you as a new voucher code. Please ensure your default email address is correct and the email has not ended up in your spam inbox. For gift cards, the balance updates automatically, so the redemption process remains the same.
