Happy Honey is a relaxing blend of honey, kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) and Valerian root. Mixed in a hot beverage it will induce a mellow feeling and will add some delicious flavours to your drink.

Sceletium tortuosum tea is a relaxing and delicious blend of kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) rooibos, green rooibos and chamomile. A cup of Sceletium tortuosum tea will induce a relaxed and mellow feeling.

Ingredients

The active constituents of Sceletium tortuosum are mesembrine, mesembrenone, mesembrenol and tortuosamine. Mesembrine, the major alkaloid present, is a serotonin-uptake inhibitor (SSRI)

Sceletium Tortuosum should not be combined with other SSRI's (Seroxat, Prozac) or Mono Oxidase Inhibitors (MAO-I).
