Anche conosciuto come "Sweet Flag" (dolce bandiera). Stimolante e piacevole, ha effetti euforici e lievemente allucinogeni.

“A bit dissapointing i must say, first time i tried it and went with the recommended ammount of 5 teaspoons, or well maybe i had like 7-8. Nothing.
Tried it some time later, or rather today and i`ve had like.. lets see.. 5 full tablespoons or so and i dont feel anything in particular. Really hard to get down after a while, had to seriously fight my urge to puke while drinking the last two cups.
I took it by plainly adding it to tee, and it sure doesn`t seem to do the trick. Maybe theres some other way to take it for better results. I cant believe its illegal in finland haha.”

You can chew calamus in much smaller amounts,though it tastes awful-All and
all this is a fun herb,just be careful!”
